Our online tool makes us the go-to partner for managing talent - whether you are a one-time buyer or venue seeking to manage multiple gigs per week. 

How does Jam Juice work?

Simply browse our extensive database of gigs, view details, submit an offer and book them directly through our platform. We make the booking process easy and secure. Find, book, coordinate, and find gigs all in one place. 

How can I become a listed artist on Jam Juice?

If you're a musician or DJ looking to join Jam Juice, click on the "Join as an Artist" button on our homepage and fill out the application form. Our team will review your application and get in touch with you.

What are the requirements to join Jam Juice as an artist?

We look for experienced and professional musicians and DJs with a strong portfolio and positive reviews. You'll need to provide sample tracks or videos, a bio, and references.

Finding and Booking Gigs

How do I get gigs?

You can search for events on the explore events tab and submit offers directly to organizers. Each organization has reviews to help you make an informed decision. We also have an integrated AI chatbot named Jam who can help you decide what gigs are best for you. Make sure that your profile is completed, the more information you have on your profile the more likely you are to find gigs. Organizers will reach out directly with offers in some cases, when profiles and reviews are healthy.  

How do I book a gig?

Once you've found the perfect gig, click the "Send Offer" button on the event. If an offer is sent directly to you, simply click "Accept Offer" on the event. 

Can I contact the venue/organizer before booking?

We aim to provide a safe environment for all users and to avoid our organizers being solicited, communication channels are not generated in your messages until after a gig is confirmed.

What happens after I book an gig?

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with the details of your event and a message thread will be automatically generated for you to communicate directly with the organizer that booked you. 

How do I manage my bookings and profile?

Once you're approved, you'll have access to a dashboard where you can update your profile, manage your availability, and view your booking offers or open gigs. 

Payment and Pricing

How much does it cost to book an artist?

Pricing varies depending on the artist's experience, popularity, and the type of event. Each artist sets their own rates, which are displayed on their profiles.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and PayPal for secure and convenient transactions.

Is there a booking fee?

Jam Juice charges a small service fee to cover the cost of maintaining the platform and providing customer support. This fee is included in the total price at checkout.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Cancellation and modification policies vary by artist. Any cancellation within 14 days of the booking will be collected in full. If you need assistance, our customer support team is here to help.

Can I update my review?

No, once you make your review it cannot be updated, however it can be withdrawn/removed.

Do you offer any promotions or discounts

Yes, we periodically offer promotions and discounts. Sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media to stay updated on our latest offers.

Can I get a discount for booking multiple events?

We offer special rates for booking multiple events on occasion. Please contact our support team for more information on package deals.

How do I find the right musician or DJ for my event?

You can search for artists based on genre, location, and availability. Each artist's profile includes a bio, sample tracks, videos, and reviews to help you make an informed decision. We also have an integrated AI chatbot named Jam who can help you decide exactly what act is best for your event. 

How do I book an artist?

Once you've found the perfect musician or DJ, click the "Book Now" button on their profile. You'll be guided through the booking process, including selecting the event date and making a secure payment.

Can I contact the artist before booking?

No, we supply extensive (and easily accessible) information on each act. Contact with artists is permitted after an offer has been sent and accepted.
